1, 1. In the RADIO PLUGGING section of the Main Menu, click on the MY RELEASES button. In this section, you can add the releases you'd like us to promote to radio stations.
2, Then the My Releases page will appear. You can manage your releases here.
Click on ADD RELEASE.
3, In the appearing pop-up window select I AM AN ARTIST.
4, In the Add Release window you will need to enter the following info:
a, Record Label - Enter the name of a record label that this release is assigned to.
Important: In the record label name field simply enter the name of the related record label. Later on the record label will need to approve the campaign.
b, Release Name - The release name is the name of the single or EP. The release name should not contain mix information.
Example: Deep Mind Control
c, Release Artist Name - Enter the artist(s) name including any featuring, presents, or versus artists.
Example: Umek & Stefano Noferini feat. Gracie
When it's completed click on ADD RELEASE.
4, Once the release is created you will be redirected to the MyReleaseDetails page. Here you will need to provide further information about the release.
You can only submit your release for Radio Plugging once the RELEASE STATUS' sections are all ticked green.
a, ARTWORK - Please select and upload the release artwork. The size has to be 2000x2000px - 3000x3000px.
b, RELEASE DETAILS
Official release date* - select the date when the single officially will be released.
Format* - Choose how your single will be released (digital / vinyl / cd or all).
Release Type* - Select the type of the release (single/EP).
Genres* - Select the genre(s) that best fits the release.
Catalog Number* - Enter the catalog number of the release. It should contain letters and numbers only. Example: BSM032
UPC/EAN code - Enter the UPC/EAN code of the release.
c, DESCRIPTION
Release Description - This should be an accurate description or press text of the release.
d, PRESS RELEASE
You can upload the press release of your track. It's not mandatory but recommended so radio stations can have access to additional information.
We only accept zip files. Upload it by clicking on the UPLOAD button.
e, TERRITORY RESTRICTIONS
You can set up territory restrictions for your campaign. Click on EDIT to proceed.
If you want to add territory restrictions please select the countries that you would like to exclude from your campaigns then click on SAVE. Radio stations based in these countries will not have access to your release.
f, TRACKS
The next step is uploading the track(s) of your release. Click on +ADD A TRACK
Artist(s)* - Enter the artist(s).
Title* - The track title, also known as the track name. It should contain only the title and not specific mix name or artist details. Example: Deep Down Dirty
Mix* - Enter the mix name of this track. Track titles should not be entered here.
Mix names should be in the following formats: Radio Edit or Extended Mix or David Guetta & Morten Remix.
Genre* - Select the genre that best fits this track.
ISRC code - Enter the ISRC code of your track. It's not mandatory but it helps radio stations report your track to their royalty collecting societies.
g, UPLOADING TRACKS
Please note that you can upload only wav files.
You can upload the track by clicking on the TRACK (upload) button.
Once the track is uploaded the track sign will be changed to a green tick.
To add more tracks, repeat these steps.
If you need to edit the track or delete the files, click on the green square in the track section.
