1. Radio Station License - a document issued by your local music royalty collection society. It can be the first page of your contract / licence which includes the following information:
Radio station or company or name (Name of your company incl. legal form of business or your first name and surname) Address (street address / PO box, postcode, city, country)

2. Email address - only an official radio email address is accepted. Make sure you use an e-mail that is associated with your radio’s domain or is visible on its website/social media accounts.
