If you would like to purchase items from the Imaging Store or would like to subscribe to any paid syndicated radio programmes, you must provide the billing data of your radio station.
Please follow these steps in order to provide the billing data:
1, Go to your radio station's settings page. Click on the (a) settings button in the right-hand upper corner then click on (b) Profile.
2, On your "myradiosettings" page, in the RADIO STATION STATUS section you will see that your radio station's Billing Data is not completed. To enter the billing data, navigate to the BILLING DATA section and click on the pen icon to edit it.
3, In the Billing Data window, provide the following information:
-Company*
-VAT number (Mandatory for EU companies only)
-Country* - select the country of your station
-County* - enter the county / state of your radio station
-Postcode* - enter the postcode/zip code/postal code of your radio station
-City* - enter the city/town of your radio station
-Street* - enter the street address of your radio station
-Email* - enter the billing email address of your radio station
If your billing address is from the EU then we will ask you to provide your VAT code because private individuals from the EU cannot make purchases from the Syndicast Imaging Store. The system will also ask you to declare that you are not a private individual.
