Submit a podcast - Step 5 - Payment & Publishing

STEP 5 – PUBLISHING AND PAYING.

The last step of the submission when you make the first payment.

5.1, PERIOD

Select the length of the period you would like to pay for. (in case of 6 and 12 months advanced payments we give a discount.)

5.2, MAIN SERVICE

Choose the main service you want to use.

a, Podcasting Only - if you want to use the podcasting service and do not want to be on radios

 5.3. EXTRA SERVICES 

Select the additional services you would like to use:

a, Podcast Distribution - RSS + webhosting (iTunes, Spotify, Google Play, TuneIn)

We host you episodes on our servers and provide you RSS feed. We also submit your podcast on platforms such as iTunes, Google Play, TuneIn and Spotify (To use Spotify first you have to request it, see it below at point b)

b, Spotify Distribution Request - use it for requesting Spotify.

Please tick this box, if you would like to request your podcast being distributed to Spotify. Once it’s approved, it will be added to your Podcast Distribution pack and charged from the following month only.

c, Soundcloud Auto-Uploading. Our system can upload your episodes to Soundcloud scheduled. Select this option if you want to use it. Later on, you need to connect your Syndicast and Soundcloud accounts via API. How to Activate Soundcloud syncing?

d, Youtube Auto-Uploading. Our system can upload your episodes to Youtube scheduled. Select this option if you want to use it. Later on, you need to connect your Syndicast and Youtube accounts via API. How to Activate Youtube syncing?

e, Mixcloud Auto-Uploading. Our system can upload your episodes to Mixcloud scheduled. Select this option if you want to use it. Later on, you need to connect your Syndicast and Mixcloud accounts via API. How to Activate Mixcloud syncing?

5.4, PLEASE SELECT A PAYMENT METHOD

Select the payment method (Paypal - card and Paypal payments / Bank Transfer for international or national bank transfers)

5.5, TERMS & CONDITIONS

Accept the Terms and Conditions. 

5.4, Press "CHECK OUT"

If you choose bank transfer as the payment method do not forget it takes 1-4 working days to receive the money.

 Once the payment is cleared our engineers will receive the podcast and all of the details you have provided. They will check it as soon as possible and if everything is correct then give it a green light.

When your podcast is approved, out team submits it to various platforms - depends on your requests. The approval times are various on each platforms:

iTunes - 1 day to 2 weeks

Spotify - 1 to 3 days

Google Podcasts - 1 day to 5 days

Stitcher - Max 3 days
