STEP 2 – SHOW SETTINGS
Fill up the boxes with the required info. Please note, in the future you can change these details here.
2.1, Radio show name - Podcast name
Enter the name of the radio show. For example: White Noise.
2.2, Presenter
Enter the name of the presenter / host of the show. For example: Chris Liebing.
2.3, Start Date
Select the start date of the podcast. For example: if you chose Friday 18th October 2014, that means your first episode will be published on that day and the system will schedule the upcoming episodes from this date.
2.4, Frequency
Select the frequency of your podcast, for example: weekly. If your podcast is monthly then you also need to select how the next episodes will be scheduled.
Upcoming episodes will be scheduled
- Same day of the week
- Same day of the month
Please select when your new episodes will be due (published) compare to the start date.
For example: If your show started on the Thursday the 5th, then you will have two options: First, your next show will be 5th of every upcoming month. Second option, your next shows will be on the first Thursdays of each month.
2.5, Language
Select the language of your podcast, e.g. English. If there is no talk in your program then select the language of your jingles.
2.6, Type
Select all the types that relevant to your podcast. For example: if you speak in your podcast, dj mix or music is the base of the program and there are jingles in the podcast then select: Talk, Mix, Jingles. In case there is no talk just jingles and music then select Mix, Jingles.
2.7, Genres
Select all genres that relevant to your podcast.
2.8, Length in minutes
The length of your podcast, for example 60 minutes. This field is not important for podcasting.
2.9, Description of your show
Describe your podcast in a few sentences. The description is very important because it will be used on all streaming platforms.
2.10, General artwork
Choose the general artwork of your podcast. Shape is square and the size must be 2000x20000, max file size 5mb and 72DPI.
