To get access to all the features of our radio station services, your station needs to be verified by providing proof of your radio station licence.
Proof of your radio station licence is a document issued by your local music royalty collection society. It can be the first page of your contract / licence which includes the following information:
- Radio station or company or name (Name of your company incl. legal form of business or your first name and surname)
- Address (street address / PO box, postcode, city, country)
Accepted formats are .jpg, .pdf or .png and, if you want to upload more than one document, please create a .zip.
We handle all uploaded documents confidentially and do not share them with any third parties.
In order to verify your radio station follow these steps:
1, Go to your radio station's settings page. Click on the settings button (a) in the right-hand upper corner then click on Profile.
2, On your "myradiosettings" page, in the RADIO STATION STATUS section you will see that your radio station is not verified. To verify, navigate to the RADIO STATION VERIFICATION section and click on the pen to edit it.
3, In the Radio Station Verification pop-up window you need to upload a proof of your radio station licence (mentioned above what we accept). Click on BROWSE, select and upload the file.
4, If your upload was successful we will check the document(s) you have uploaded and verify your radio station if everything is correct. In case of a problem, we will contact you.
