Welcome to Syndicast Distribution System
Before you start, we’d like to make sure you understand what the radio syndication is all about and what our system does with the radio programmes as well as how your show will get aired.
- STEP: Upload your quality produced radio show / podcast to our system via your Syndicast account.
- STEP: Once it’s completed, the system converts it to various bitrates and make the show available to all of the radio stations in our database. If they like your show they subscribe to it and they receive the show in their demanded format. Either via our system or FTP.
- STEP: Radio Stations promote and broadcast your show in their territories and your sounds reach the people. It results in a growing fan base and increases popularity.
WHAT IS RADIO SYNDICATION?
Radio syndication is delivering a particular radio program to radio stations or networks with the purpose of broadcasting.
THE PROGRAM FOR SYNDICATION
must be produced without stations IDs and mentioning any particular station names.
WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT OF THE SHOWS?
The shows must be properly mastered and in high-quality. Our engineers checks every single submissions and refuse any that do not find our criteria. We believe "a mix is not a radio show" so must contain jingles and / or speech. Please click here for the full technical guide.
WHAT SYNDICAST EXACTLY DO WITH YOUR PROGRAM?
Syndicast have built a large radio station community over the past few years with 100s of radios on the board. All the radios play electronic dance music and the program directors, station managers or decision makers use our system almost every single day.
Radio stations use mainly trustful sources to receive programming or music, so do it by your own it’s extremely difficult and very time consuming.
When you upload and submit your first show via Syndicast Distribution System, one of our experts checks it and approves the show if it meets the quality standards. When the show is approved the system automatically informs the radio stations or the decisions makers at the radio stations about your show via email, notification and newsletter. So basically you not need to waste lots of time to trying to reach out the radio stations as we have all of them in our system and we let them know about your show in a second.
If you are a Pro & Pro Plus customer FM, DAB, Satellite and online radio stations will know about your show.
Very important to know that, it’s always the radios decisions what they broadcast!
The Syndicast Distribution System not just inform the radios but features your show in the system and radios can subscribe to it any time and start broadcasting it straight away. It’s important to keep uploading the new episodes in time.
When a radio station subscribes to your show, our system starts distributing the show to the radio in it’s demanded format and method (such as various bitrates, via FTP…). During the subscription process the radios must provide the broadcasting details of your show such as airing date, time, frequency…. All these details appear in your dashboard real-time.
Beside the delivery and syndication we deal with all the incoming requests and issues from the radios regarding your show. New radio stations continuously joining to the Syndicast radio community so your chance to getting picked by radios is growing every day.
We provide real-time reports through our system, where you also can customize the delivery (different times), exclusivity, reach and other things.
Be patient subscriptions usually do not come suddenly especially if you are not world-famous. But we have a good news for you, so many radios looking for quality content instead of fame! Many stations may not be ready to add your show today. They may be considering a format change, and quietly scouting around for syndicated programs. A music program director may suddenly get handed the reins to a station, and be on the lookout for fresh shows. Sudden changes like these happen daily, and they mean opportunities for you.
We keep reminding the radios about your show and pushing it within the Syndicast Distribution System and If you’ve marketed your show well in support to the syndication, stations will add your show because they know about it. Remember, people choose “products” that are familiar to them.
