What is a press pack and what it should contain?

Artist press / radio pack should contain:

1. photos,
2. biography,
3. website links,
4. general artwork in jpg and psd formats (or other vector formats) so radios can customize it.

If you do not have these then radios might use not relevant (old) pictures and artist / radio show details that they found on the internet.
