The programme for syndication must be produced without stations IDs and mentioning any particular station names. We believe "a mix is not a radio show", so your show should contain jingles and / or voice overs. The ideal is one liner or sweeper in every 4-5 minutes. More than that could be annoying for the listeners.
Why don't we accept single mixes?
We are talking about radio show syndication, so we are delivering content to radio stations for the purpose of broadcasting. When you’re tuned in to a particular radio station and a good mix comes on, how do you know what you’re listening to? How can you find out more about the presenter if you like the music? Normally, there are jingles and/or voice overs to be able to identify the presenter and the name of the radio show. We and our radio station partners believe that a radio programme must contain talking segments or jingles or both but single mixes do not contain these elements. It is also beneficial for you to promote yourself in your show.
The length of the show must be either 60 or 120 minutes. Preferably 59 or 119 minutes. If you leave it longer your show will not be played full or will cause a delay in schedules.
The program must be properly mastered and in high-quality. Our engineers check every single submission and refuse any that do not meet the quality standards. The show must be uploaded as mp3 320kbps and with no artwork embedded into the file.
